Cancellation Policy

Cancel before dispatch

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. If you contact us before the parcel is dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. Reach us at mankji2021@gmail.com or WhatsApp +44 7599 352109 with your order number as soon as possible.

Cancel after dispatch

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, direct cancellation is usually no longer possible. You can refuse delivery (where allowed by the carrier) or use our Return Policy after the parcel arrives.

Order changes

Address, item, or quantity changes are possible before dispatch but are not guaranteed afterward. If a change cannot be made, we will explain the cancellation or return option instead.

Refunds for cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may add several business days before the money appears.

Custom and engraved jewelry

Personalized or made-to-order jewelry enters production quickly and may not be cancelable once production has started; we will tell you the status honestly when you ask.
