Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are generally non-returnable for change of mind, to the extent permitted by law:

• Engraved, personalized, or custom-made jewelry
• Custom curtains or goods made to your measurements or specifications
• Items marked final sale on the product page
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Who pays return shipping

If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless local law provides otherwise.
