Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition. To be accepted, a return should include:

• All tags, spare parts, and certificates that came with the item
• The order number or proof of purchase

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are generally non-returnable:

• Earrings that have been worn or had seals removed
• Engraved, personalized, or custom-made jewelry
• Items marked final sale on the product page
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

Who pays return shipping

If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless local law provides otherwise.
