These terms explain the rules that apply when you browse ShoppingYiwu, create an account, or place an order on shoppingyiwu.com.

1. Operators and agreement

This website is jointly operated by Cherrycom Worldwide SL and Yiwu Yicheng Trading Co., Ltd.. References to "ShoppingYiwu", "we", "us", and "our" in these terms refer to the website operators in connection with the services they provide. References to "you" and "your" refer to the person using the website or placing an order.

Cherrycom Worldwide SL has VAT number B01965813 and the registered address 3 Resurrection Street, Getafe, Madrid 28091, Spain (this is not a return address). Yiwu Yicheng Trading Co., Ltd. has the company address Room 8407, Aijia Apartment, No. 400 Shenzhou Road, Houzhai Subdistrict, Yiwu City, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. The Spanish registered address is not a return address. Please use the return process described in our Return Policy before sending an item back.

These terms cover website use and purchases made through the website. The product description, selected options, agreed order details, and applicable delivery and return information also form part of your purchase arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract, or appropriate authorization from a person who does. Provide accurate contact and order information so that we can process the order and reach you about any issue.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may take proportionate steps to protect an account or investigate misuse.

2. Products and descriptions

Our catalog focuses on fashion jewelry and accessories (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, and related items), selected lifestyle products, women's fashion, and custom curtains / home textiles. Before purchasing, review the individual product description, materials, dimensions, available options, and any statements about metal finish or composition.

Product images help illustrate the design, but screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches may affect appearance. Metal finishes described as gold-tone, silver-tone, or similar are plating or surface finishes unless a product page expressly states otherwise. This does not permit us to supply a materially different product or disregard features expressly promised in the listing.

For custom curtains or personalized items, check measurements, fabric choices, and any custom text carefully before ordering. Production starts based on the details you submit.

3. Orders and acceptance

Before submitting an order, review the product, quantity, options, billing and delivery details, and the total presented for payment. Your order is an offer to purchase. A pending payment or temporary authorization hold is not a completed payment. An automated acknowledgement sent before payment is completed records receipt of your order information only.

We may contact you to resolve unclear instructions, confirm requirements, or address a payment or delivery issue. If we discover that an item cannot be supplied as described, or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

We may decline or cancel an order where it cannot reasonably be fulfilled, payment cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, or there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order for which funds have been received, the amount due for the cancelled items and any related refundable charges will be returned through the original payment method unless another method is legally required or agreed with you.

4. Prices and payment

Review the final payment summary before authorizing payment. It identifies the amount and currency presented for the transaction, including selected options and the charges disclosed for the order. Prices may change for future purchases; a later price change does not by itself change an already agreed order price.

Shipping charges and tax information are provided at checkout or otherwise disclosed before you commit to the order. International deliveries may involve duties, import taxes, or clearance charges not collected by us; see our Shipping Policy.

Use only the payment methods presented for your order and ensure you are authorized to use the selected method. We do not ask you to send full card details, wallet passwords, or one-time authentication codes by email or support message.

If you believe a payment was duplicated or incorrectly charged, send us the order reference and a description of the issue without including sensitive credentials.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellation

The Shipping Policy explains destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery problems. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about any correction.

Contact us if an order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was agreed. Include the order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of the item and packaging.

Returns, change-of-mind requests, defective items, and refunds are handled under our Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy. For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (including custom curtains and engraved jewelry), change-of-mind returns may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to notify the seller of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions. 6. Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website to browse products, place legitimate orders, manage your account, and obtain support. Use the services lawfully and respect the rights and security of other users. You must not impersonate another person, submit deceptive order information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's account or payment details.

Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or account services, bypass access controls, or use automated requests in a manner that disrupts website operation. We may restrict activities that reasonably threaten security or service availability.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent that they can lawfully operate without it.

8. Governing law and resolving concerns

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protections provided by mandatory rules that would otherwise apply under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in products, services, operating arrangements, or legal requirements. The effective date displayed on the published page identifies the version in use. An update does not retrospectively change the terms of an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or specifically agreed with you.
