Orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment. During promotions or holidays, preparation may take slightly longer. Personalized jewelry may require additional production time, which is stated when applicable.

Delivery methods and estimates

Available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Typical economy international delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on destination; faster options may be offered for selected regions.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipping method, we send the tracking number by email or WhatsApp once the carrier scans the parcel.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These charges are the customer\u2019s responsibility unless the checkout explicitly includes them.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped after new shipping costs are paid, or refunded under our Refund Policy minus costs already incurred.
