EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal when buying from shoppingyiwu.com, as described below.

Your right

You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days from the day you or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, without giving a reason.

How to exercise the right

Consequences of withdrawal

We refund all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods (or proof of shipment). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless they were defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (for example engraved jewelry)
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, unsealed after delivery (for example worn earrings)
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
